IMPORTANT: When using three-phase inverters for home use, you should know the following – three-phase inverters work only and only with BALANCED phases – that is, the inverter always gives an equal amount of energy distributed over the three phases!
In cases where you have a three-phase power supply, but no three-phase consumers, the following occurs – your phases are most likely not evenly loaded and have a total load of 5kW (example), but as follows:

3kW 1.5kW 0,5kW
But when the inverter is limiting, it reports a total consumption of 5kW from the Smart Power Sensor and distributes the energy as follows:
Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3
1,66kW 1.66kW 1,66kW
In this case, the system will have a 1.4kW shortfall on the first phase and will RETURNS 0.16kW on second phase and 1.16kW on third phase BACK to grid! There is no setting to eliminate this behavior. Therefore, we recommend that when you have a three-phase batch, but single-phase consumers, you choose one of the following options:
– Transfer most large/main consumers to one of the phases and power only it with a single-phase inverter.
– You put 3 separate smaller inverters on each of the phases, with three separate meters and so they are controlled independently of each other. However, this has its disadvantage that during the least loaded phase, the inverter is idle for a large part of the time, so we recommend the above option.
