Socomec Countis E43 for Huawei SUN2000 grid inverters
Socomec Countis E43 is a modular three-phase energy meter designed for accurate measurement of active and reactive electrical energy. Equipped with a backlit LCD display, it displays the consumed energy and active power (kWh, kVArh and kW) in real time. The device is compatible with Huawei SUN2000 grid-connected inverters, making it an ideal solution for monitoring and managing energy systems.
The meter supports three-phase measurement using current sensors and is suitable for applications up to 6000 A. With its RS485 communication interface and support for MODBUS or M-BUS protocols, Countis E43 allows remote reading and management of energy consumption. This facilitates its integration into existing energy systems and ensures reliable data transmission.
Advantages of Socomec Countis E43
One of the key advantages of the Countis E43 is the connection error detection function. The device is protected against phase and neutral inversion and automatically detects wiring errors. This significantly simplifies installation and commissioning, reducing associated costs and ensuring the correct operation of the system.
Another important feature is the bidirectional measurement capability. This means that the meter can record both energy consumption and production. This feature is especially useful for renewable energy systems where accurate tracking of generated and consumed energy is required.
Compatibility and integration with Huawei SUN2000
Socomec Countis E43 is fully compatible with Huawei SUN2000 grid-tied inverters, including the SUN2000-8KTL, SUN2000-12KTL, SUN2000-17KTL, SUN2000-20KTL, SUN2000-33KTL and SUN2000-60KTL models. Combined with the SmartLogger 1000, the meter provides the ability to manage and monitor up to 60 inverters simultaneously, without the need for additional devices. This allows the inverters to be configured to not feed energy back into the grid or to feed a specific amount back, providing flexibility and control over energy flows.
Additional current sensors are required for the measurement, which we can offer once we know how much current will be measured and the size of the cable or busbar it will be mounted onт.
