Art. 1 (1) “ES-3” Ltd. has the right to collect and use information about the Customers after their registration/order on its website www.SolarHouse.BG. The information by which the person can be identified may include name, surname, address, telephone, as well as any other information that the person voluntarily provides when registering, placing an order, sending a message or when communicating with an employee. The information includes any other information that the Client enters, uses or provides when using the services provided by “ES-3” Ltd.

(2) Any provided information regarding personal data will be stored on the www.SolarHouse.BG server

Art. 2 (1) “ES-3” takes care and is responsible for protecting the information about the Customer, which became known to him on the occasion of the registration/order – subject to the General Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, accidental event or malicious actions of third parties .

(2) In the registration form filled in by the customer during the registration/order, “ES-3” indicates the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data, and the consequences of refusing to provide them. By expressing agreement with the General Terms and Conditions, the Client agrees that his/her information will be processed in the order provided for in them.

(3) By registering and accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to the processing of his personal data solely for order management, marketing promotional purposes, sending an information bulletin, and for contacting users in the event of problems or clarifying details, related to the order and its delivery.

(4) The restrictions under para. 1 do not apply in the event that “EU-3” is obliged to provide the personal information about the User to the relevant competent state authorities according to the current legislation.

Art. 3 (1) The user can register by filling in the relevant electronic registration form, available in real time (on-line) on the Internet at www.SolarHouse.BG, express agreement with the General Terms and Conditions and declare that he is legally competent.

(2) By pressing the virtual button “Registration”, having the force of a written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which he declares that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them. By recording it on a corresponding medium in the server of “ES-3”, through a generally accepted standard for conversion in a technical way, making possible its reproduction, the electronic statement acquires the quality of an electronic document in the sense of the cited law, “EU-3” can store on its server the Client’s IP address, as well as any other information necessary to identify him and reproduce his electronic statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of these General Terms and Conditions is available on the Internet at www.SolarHouse.BG in a way that allows its storage and reproduction.

(3) When completing the registration application, the Customer is obliged to provide complete and correct data regarding identity (for individuals), legal status (for legal entities) and other data required by the electronic form of www.SolarHouse.BG, as well as to updated within 7 (seven) days of their change. The user declares that he agrees to provide the personal data so requested, thereby guaranteeing that the data he provides in the registration process is true, complete and accurate and, if the latter changes, he will update them promptly. In case of providing false data, “ES-3” has the right to terminate or stop immediately and without notice the provision of services, as well as the maintenance of the Customer’s registration.

Art. 4 (1) Upon registration, the Customer receives a unique username and password to access the services available through www.SolarHouse.BG.

(2) The user name with which the Customer registers does not give him any other rights, except the right to use the specific user name within the electronic store of www.SolarHouse.BG

(3) The registrant, in his capacity as a representative of a legal entity, is obliged to enter his full name and address, respectively the name of the legal entity he represents. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, he guarantees and confirms that he has a contractual relationship with the company/user registered by him. By entering incorrect or misleading information, the party is deprived of the right to access the services of www.SolarHouse.BG.

(4) The customer is obliged to take all care and take the necessary measures in order to protect his password, as well as not to disclose his password to third parties and to notify “EU-3” immediately in case of unauthorized access, as well as in probability and doubt of such. The customer is responsible for the protection of his password, as well as for all actions that are carried out by him or a third party using his password.

Art. 5 (1) The customer has the right to access in online mode to the services provided through www.SolarHouse.BG, subject to the conditions and requirements for access determined by “ES-3”.

(2) The customer has the right to access and correct online the personal data provided during the registration/order.

(3) The customer has the right to ask the administrator to delete his personal data, by sending a written request – in person or to [email protected]. The administrator deletes the client’s personal data within three working days.

Art. 6 (1) The processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds: consent of the data subject, fulfillment of contractual obligations, legal obligations, legitimate interest of “ES-3” Ltd.

(2) The customer has the right to:
