Legalization process – Own consumption up to 20kW

1. Preliminary study

Preliminary study of the conditions for the construction of a solar power plant, preparation of a conceptual design, preliminary offer and analysis of the investment.

2. Design solution

(Art. 151, para. 10) According to an additional agreement and a site inspection, the designers of “EU-3” prepare a design solution.
The design solution, part “Electrical” and part “Constructive”, includes drawings, diagrams, calculations, technical specifications and instructions for the implementation of the installation, guaranteeing safe operation and protection against the return of electricity to the network.

3. Notification to the Chief Architect of the Municipal Administration

Within 14 days before the start of construction, the investor submits a notification describing the capacity of the installation and its location, and applies the design solution prepared by “EC-3”.

4. Contract for the construction of a solar power plant

Based on technical documentation and an Additional Agreement with the ERP, a contract is prepared and concluded between the client and “ES-3” for the supply of equipment, construction and commissioning of the PV plant.

5. Supply of equipment and construction of solar power plant

At “ES-3” we maintain stock of all necessary components and plan the implementation of our projects so that at the time of signing a contract with us, the equipment for your solar power plant is available in our warehouse.

5. Notifications of completed installation

After completion of the construction, the client submits a Notification to the EDP and Declarations under Art. 151 to the Chief Architect that the installation has been put under voltage and has been implemented according to the technical documentation.
