Usually after 14 days you can only request a full or partial refund of the amount paid,<strong>if the product cannot be repaired or replaced<\/strong>. Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund if the problem is minor \u2014 such as a scratch on a product box.<\/p>\n<h4>Additional protection<\/h4>\n<p>Stores or manufacturers can offer you <strong>additional commercial warranty<\/strong> (also known as \u201e<strong>warranty<\/strong>\u201c). This may give you better protection, but<strong>can never replace or reduce the minimum two-year warranty<\/strong>. The terms should be clearly defined in the commercial guarantee and, if they are less favorable than the terms announced by the seller, the more favorable ones shall apply.<\/p>\n<p>If you buy a product or service online, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, <strong>without stating a reason<\/strong>. In the case of a contract for services, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract. If this term expires on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. That&#8217;s what it&#8217;s called <strong>right of refusal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Exceptions<\/h4>\n<p>Note: The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>goods made to order or clearly personalized <\/li>\n<li>audio recordings, video recordings or computer software<\/li>\n<li>online digital content if the download or streaming has already started and you have agreed that you lose your right to opt out once this process has started.<\/li>\n<li>contracts for urgent repair or maintenance activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Repair, replacement or refund<\/h3>\n<p>The two-year warranty period begins <strong>from the moment of receiving the goods<\/strong>. If a defect is found within 1 year of delivery,<strong>you do not need to prove that it existed at the time of delivery<\/strong>. This is assumed to be the case unless the seller can prove otherwise.
